摘要
随着数字农业的兴起,数据日趋成为农业生产与管理的重要内容.然而,数据的确权问题逐渐凸显,成为制约数字农业发展的关键因素.在"数据二十条"背景下,结合法律、技术、市场机制和管理模式等多角度对农业企业数据确权模式进行探讨,以期为农业企业进行数据确权提供指导和建议,促进产业健康发展.
Abstract
With rise of digital agriculture,data has increasingly become an important aspect of agricultural production and manage-ment.However,issue of data rights confirmation gradually emerges as a key factor restricting development of digital agriculture.In context of the"Data Twenty Articles",data rights confirmation model for agricultural enterprises was explored from multiple perspect-ives such as law,technology,market mechanisms,and management models.The aim is to provide guidance and suggestions for agri-cultural enterprises in data ownership con-firmation and promote healthy development of the industry.
