中药材农药残留检测技术现状与前景

摘要
中药材种植已成为发展特色农业的重要产业,但农药滥用导致的农药残留问题已成为影响中药材质量的重要因素之一.如何高效、快速地检测中药材中的农药残留是一个亟待解决的问题.系统地阐述了现行的农药残留检测方法,如色谱检测法、酶抑制率法、酶联免疫分析法、侧向免疫层析法及新型免疫传感器检测方法等,并探讨了农药残留检测方法的发展前景.
Abstract
Cultivation of herbal medicines has become a important industry for development of specialty agriculture,but problem of pesticide residues caused by pesticide abuse has become one of important factors affecting quality of herbal medicines.How to detect pesticide residues in herbal medicines efficiently and rapidly is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on above background,current pesticide residue detection methods were systematically described,such as chromatographic detection,enzyme inhibition rate method,enzyme-linked immunoassay,lateral flow immunoassays method,and some novel immunosensor detection methods.Development pro-spects of pesticide residue detection methods were discussed.
