政产学研协同下黑龙江省农机装备产业发展问题与对策
Problems and countermeasures of agricultural machinery and equipment industry development in Heilongjiang Province under coordination of government-industry-university-research

摘要
作为我国粮食主产区,黑龙江省农业机械行业对提升农业生产效率和产出品质,以及保障农业经济的持续健康发展具有重要影响.然而,目前黑龙江省农业机械行业面临技术滞后、设备更新缓慢和农机服务不足等挑战,制约了农业现代化进程.利用查阅文献和调查研究的方法,详细分析了黑龙江省农机装备产业发展现状,阐述了黑龙江省农机装备产业发展问题,提出了对策和建议,以期为相关政策制定和产业发展提供有益的参考.
Abstract
As main grain producing area in China,agricultural machinery industry in Heilongjiang Province has an important impact on improving agricultural production efficiency and output quality,as well as ensuring sustainable and healthy development of agricultural economy.However,agricultural machinery industry in Heilongjiang Province is currently facing challenges such as technological lag,slow equipment updates,and insufficient agricultural machinery services,which have constrained process of agricultural moderniza-tion.By using literature review and research methods,current development status of agricultural machinery and equipment industry in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed in detail,development problems of agricultural machinery and equipment industry in Heilongjiang Province were elaborated,and countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,in order to provide useful references for relevant policy formulation and industrial development.
