摘要

气象灾害是影响现代农业生产的主要原因之一.加强气象监测、预报和预警工作,并及时提供气象信息,可以有效地降低农业生产损失.开发基于LBS的农业气象系统,向用户发布基于位置的农事活动提醒和农业气象灾害预报预警,实现了针对农事农情的精细化气象服务.系统依托浙江省智能网格气象数据及农业气象服务指标,发布基于LBS的不同农作物不同时次的农事适宜度与气象灾害风险提醒;通过匹配农户位置和关联农作物类型,得出农户种植农作物的不同时次农事适宜度与气象灾害等级,向农户动态展示未来 6 d的农业气象影响情况.系统自 2018年上线以来,在助农应对气象灾害方面取得了较好的应用效果.

Abstract

Meteorological disasters are one of main reasons affecting modern agricultural production.Strengthening meteorological monitoring,forecasting,and early warning work,and providing timely meteorological information,can effectively reduce agricultural production losses.An agricultural meteorological system was developed based on LBS,location-based agricultural activity reminders and agricultural meteorological disaster prediction warnings were released to users,achieving refined meteorological services for agricul-tural conditions.The system relied on Zhejiang intelligent grid meteorological data and agricultural meteorological service indicators to release LBS based agricultural suitability and meteorological disaster risk reminders for different crops at different times;by matching the user's farm location and associated crop types,agricultural suitability and meteorological disaster level of each crop owned by the user at different times were obtained,and agricultural meteorological impact situation in the next 6 days was dynamically displayed to the user.Since its launch in 2018,the system has achieved good application results in helping farmers cope with meteorological disasters.
