摘要

针对智能播种机市场需求和高质量播种作业发展要求,为适应农业机械智能化发展趋势,创新设计了一种智能单粒排种装置,分析了排种盘电驱动技术、漏播监测及其调控技术和重播监测及其调控技术,并利用CAXA软件对排种装置整体和关键工作部件进行了绘制,通过性能检测试验验证该装置的设计是可行的.该装置对提高播种效率、提升播种质量和加快播种作业智能化程度等具有重要现实意义.

Abstract

Aiming at market demand of intelligent seeder and development requirements of high-quality seeding operation,in order to adapt to intelligent development trend of agricultural machinery,an intelligent single seed metering device was innovated and designed.Electric drive technology of seed discharge panel,monitoring and control technology of missing seeding and repeated seeding were analyzed and studied.The whole and key working parts of the seed metering device were drawn by CAXA software.Design of the device was proved to be feasible by performance test.The device has important practical significance to improve sowing efficiency,im-prove seeding quality and accelerate intelligent degree of seeding operation.
