新工科背景下农机专业科教融合促进创新人才培养

Integrating teaching and scientific research to cultivate talents in agricultural mechanization and automation for undergraduate under background of new engineering education

针对新一轮产业革命和新工科发展背景下农业机械化及其自动化专业人才创新能力不强的问题,分析了制约创新型农业机械化人才的因素主要体现为学科融合度、实践教学特色和创新能力等方面,提出了教学科研融合协同育人促进创新能力培养的改革实践方法.通过科研成果和学科前沿发展动态引入课堂打造"金课"、多层次多维度搭建科研实践平台培育交叉型学科成果、以竞赛促学科融合等措施,形成以理论与实践相结合、教学与科研相互促进、多学科交叉融合为核心的理论教学+课程实践+项目提升科教融合型创新人才培养体系,从而提升学生实践和创新能力.该研究为新工科和新农科背景下农林高校农业机械化及其自动化专业人才创新能力培养提供参考.
Based on insufficiency of innovation ability of Agricultural Mechanization and Automation major at Sichuan Agricultural Uni-versity,factors limiting innovation including disciplines interdisciplinary,practical experience,and innovation consciousness were con-cluded.A reform practice that combined teaching and scientific research to enhance innovation ability training was implemented.Dy-namic development of scientific research achievements and cutting-edge disciplines into classroom was integrated,creating a"golden course".A multi-level and multi-dimensional scientific research practice platform was established,enabling students to engage in inter-disciplinary research and achieve notable results.Competition mechanisms were implemented to promote integration of disciplines and encourage collaboration among students.Through reform practice,an integrated talent cultivation system centered around"theory teach-ing+curriculum practice+project promotion"was established.This system facilitated combination of theoretical knowledge with prac-tical application,fostered synergy between teaching and scientific research,and promote interdisciplinary integration.By providing a comprehensive and balanced approach,this research served as a reference for enhancing innovation capabilities of talents majoring in Ag-ricultural Mechanization and Automation in context of"new engineering"and"new agriculture"education.
