天津市集约化育苗过程中存在技术水平与设备不够成熟完善的问题,其中冬季低温是培育壮苗最大的阻力因素,过低的温度会导致僵苗或者死苗情况的发生.介绍了 4种可应用于集约化育苗的增温技术及装备,并在天津兴有农业科技有限公司设施园区内进行试验,从能耗、温度、增温效果、使用成本等方面进行分析对比.结果表明,智能温控电采暖设备增温效果最好,地能水空调设备使用成本最低.用户需根据实际情况因地制宜选择合适的增温设备.
Warming technology and equipment of intensive seedling cultivation in Tianjin taking application of Tianjin Xingyou Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example
There are problems with insufficient technical level and equipment in intensive seedling cultivation process in Tianjin.Among them,low temperature in winter is the biggest resistance factor for cultivating strong seedlings,and too low temperature can lead to stiff or dead seedlings.Four warming techniques and equipment that could be applied to intensive seedling cultivation were intro-duced.Conduct experiments were done in facility agriculture park of Tianjin Xingyou Agricultural Technology Co.,Ltd.Energy con-sumption,temperature,heating effect,and usage cost were analyzed and compared.Results indicated that intelligent temperature con-trolled electric heating equipment had the best heating effect and the lowest cost was using geothermal water air conditioning equipment.Users need to choose suitable heating equipment according to their actual situation and local conditions.
