摘要

针对云南省规模化奶牛场普遍存在的牛舍光照环境管理与奶牛生理需求不匹配现状,影响奶牛泌乳性能,设计了一种基于西门子S7-1500型PLC控制架构的智能光照系统,探寻出符合奶牛实际光照需求的调控参数优化方法,旨在改善牛舍的光照环境,提高奶牛机体健康、生产福利及生产性能.希望能够为其他规模化奶牛场改善牛舍的光照环境提供参考.

Abstract

A intelligent lighting system based on Siemens S7-1500 PLC control architecture was designed to address mismatch between lighting environment management of large-scale dairy farms in Yunnan Province and physiological needs of cows,which affected their lactation performance.An optimization method was explored for regulating parameters that meet actual lighting needs of cows,aiming to improve lighting environment of cowshed,enhance health,production welfare,and production performance of cows.It was hoped to provide reference for improving lighting environment of cowsheds in other large-scale dairy farms.
