摘要
追溯是当今国内外用于保障农产品质量安全的有效手段之一,农产品追溯码的设计及应用是实现质量安全追溯的技术基础.对我国部分省市的农产品质量安全追溯系统所应用的追溯码进行调研,在深入研究国际物品编码组织(GS1)技术体系的基础上,从编码、数据结构和载体表示等方面详细阐述农产品追溯码的规则,为开展农产品质量安全追溯工作提供参考.
Abstract
Traceability is one of effective means used to ensure quality and safety of agricultural products both domestically and interna-tionally.Design and application of traceability codes are technical foundation for achieving quality and safety traceability.Research and analysis were conducted on traceability codes applied in quality and safety traceability systems of agricultural products in some provinces and cities in China.Based on in-depth research on technical system of the International Goods Coding Association(GS1),knowledge of agricultural product traceability codes was elaborated in detail from aspects of coding structure and carrier identification,to provide reference for quality and safety traceability of agricultural products.
