基于接触问题的面板竖缝对其应力变形的影响研究

摘要
在面板堆石坝结构中,面板是坝体的主要挡水结构,其一旦发生开裂变形会对整个坝体产生重要影响.而面板竖缝的设置对面板的应力变形起重要作用,分析面板竖缝对面板应力变形的影响具有重要意义.以云南省某面板堆石坝为案例,对面板与垫层之间设置接触面,并对面板设置竖缝,通过有限元软件对面板应力变形进行计算和分析.结果表明,面板设置竖缝后,面板挠度略大,面板应力减小,验证了面板设置竖缝可以适应面板变形,能够有效避免面板整体破坏情况.
Abstract
In structure of a panel rockfill dam,panel is main water retaining structure of dam body.Once it cracks and deforms,it will have a significant impact on entire dam body.Setting of panel vertical joints plays an important role in stress and deformation of panels,and analyzing influence of panel vertical joints on panel stress and deformation is of great significance.Taking a panel rockfill dam in Yunnan Province as a case study,a contact surface was set between panel and cushion layer,and panel was divided into joints.Stress and deformation of panel were calculated and analyzed using finite element software.Results showed that after setting vertical joints in panel,panel deflection was slightly larger and panel stress was reduced,which verified that panel joints could adapt to panel deforma-tion and effectively avoid overall panel damage.
