摘要
近年来,山东省沂水县在水土保持工作方面取得了较好成绩,但对标水土保持高质量发展要求,在水土流失治理模式、水土保持监管监测、科普宣传教育和智慧水土保持建设等方面仍存在许多不足.通过调研总结和系统分析,从加强规划落实和组织领导、强化水土保持预防保护、科学推进水土流失综合治理和加快构建水土保持基础支撑体系等方面提出沂水县水土保持高质量发展对策体系,为全国县域水土保持高质量发展提供理论借鉴.
Abstract
In recent years,Yishui County in Shandong Province has achieved good results in soil and water conservation work.However,in order to meet requirements of high-quality development of soil and water conservation,there are still many short-comings in soil erosion control mode,soil and water conservation supervision and monitoring,science popularization and education,and smart soil and water conservation construction.Through research and systematic analysis,a high-quality development strategy sys-tem for soil and water conservation in Yishui County was proposed from aspects of strengthening planning implementation and organiza-tional leadership,enhancing soil and water conservation prevention and protection,scientifically promoting comprehensive manage-ment of soil and water loss,and accelerating construction of a basic support system for soil and water conservation.This could provide theoretical reference for high-quality development of soil and water conservation in counties across the country.
