摘要

灵芝是一类富含多糖、三萜等多种药用成分的大型药食同源真菌.随着我国大健康产业进入高质量发展阶段,灵芝产业取得了长足发展且前景广阔,市场对灵芝的品质、产量等也提出了更高的要求.选育应用品质优、产量高、抗逆性强、适应性广、易管理且遗传稳定的灵芝优良新品种,具有重要意义.综述了近年来国内外采用不同育种技术改良灵芝品种的应用和研究进展,以期为未来灵芝遗传育种工作提供参考,从而促进灵芝产业持续健康发展.

Abstract

Ganoderma lucidum is a kind of large medicinal and edible homologous fungi rich in polysaccharides,triterpenoids and oth-er medicinal ingredients.As China's large health industry has entered stage of high-quality development,Ganoderma lucidum industry has made considerable development and broad prospects,and its market has also put forward higher requirements for quality and output of Ganoderma lucidum.It is of great significance to breed and apply excellent new varieties of Ganoderma lucidum with excellent quality,high yield,strong stress resistance,wide adaptability,easy management and genetic stability.Application and research progress of dif-ferent breeding techniques to improve performance of Ganoderma lucidum in recent years were reviewed,in order to provide reference for future genetic breeding and promote sustainable and healthy development of Ganoderma lucidum industry.
