驾驶室设计的合理性直接影响驾驶员操纵的舒适性、安全性及作业效率.针对现有联合收获机存在的视野不够开阔、密封性差、加工精度低、加工成本高、噪声超标及驾乘人员体验不好等问题,提出一种无框玻璃门的驾驶室结构,通过对驾驶室骨架焊合加工方法、玻璃门布置方式等的改进,设计了一款具有高视野可及性、低成本、高精度等优点的中高端驾驶室.其满足了目前市场上对联合收获机驾驶室密封性、视野及室内环境舒适等方面的迫切需求,为产品获取完美的顾客满意度,树立良好的产品品质口碑奠定基础.
Design of combine harvester cab based on frameless glass doors
Rationality of cab design directly affects comfort,safety and operation efficiency of driver.In view of problems of insuffi-cient field of vision,poor sealing,low processing accuracy,high processing cost,excessive noise and poor experience of drivers and passengers caused by existing combine harvester,a frameless glass door cab structure was proposed,and a medium and high-end cab with advantages of high field of view,low cost and high precision was designed through improvement of cab skeleton welding pro-cessing method and glass door layout method.It could meet urgent needs of combine harvester cab with good sealing,good visibility and comfortable indoor environment in current market,and lay foundation for product to obtain perfect customer satisfaction and estab-lish a good product quality reputation.
