Guided by the Chinese characteristics high level vocational school and professional construction plan(hereinafter referred to as the"double high-levels plan"),and taking requirements for cultivating high skilled talents in agricultural product processing and qual-ity inspection as entry point,problems in teaching of Agricultural Product Environment Determination course were analyzed.Teaching reform was carried out from four aspects:teaching content,teaching methods,evaluation system,and practical training conditions,in order to comprehensively improve teaching effectiveness of course and cultivate high skilled talents.
