摘要

为研究不同类型生物刺激素对番茄生长与品质的影响,选取植物源氨基酸(玉米中提取)、动物源氨基酸(鱼中提取)和海藻酸(海藻提取物)3种生物刺激素进行试验研究.结果表明,3种生物刺激素均能促进番茄根茎叶生长,并且均有增产作用,分别较对照增产 11.3%、36.9%和 13.9%;动物源氨基酸生物刺激素增产效果更为显著;施用生物刺激素可极显著提高VC、番茄红素、糖酸比和蛋白质含量,从而提高番茄品质,其中动物源氨基酸生物刺激素在增加品质方面作用更为明显.该研究可为生物刺激素在设施番茄栽培中的应用提供一定的理论依据.

Abstract

To investigate effects of different types of biostimulants on tomato growth and quality,three types of biostimulants were se-lected for experimental research,including plant derived amino acid(extracted from corn),animal derived amino acid(extracted from fish),and alginate(extracted from seaweed).Results showed that all three types of biostimulants could promote growth of to-mato roots,stems,and leaves,and all had a yield increasing effect,with yields increasing by 11.3%,36.9%,and 13.9%respect-ively compared to the control.Animal derived amino acid biostimulants had a more significant yield increasing effect.Application of biostimulants could significantly increase Vc,lycopene,sugar acid ratio,and protein content,thereby improving tomato quality.Among them,animal derived amino acid biostimulants had a more significant effect on improving quality.It could provide a theoretical basis for application of biostimulants in facility tomato cultivation.
