摘要
在分析海南省农产品质量安全管理现状的基础上,发现存在的主要问题包括政府监管不到位、企业自律意识不强和公众意识及参与度较低等.提出了一系列对策和建议,旨在完善政府监管体系、提高企业质量安全管理水平及加强公众的意识和参与度.通过政府、企业和社会的共同努力,构建一个全面、协调、高效的农产品质量安全管理体系,以促进海南省农业的持续健康发展,确保食品安全,增强海南省农产品在国内外市场的竞争力.
Abstract
Based on analysis of current situation of agricultural product quality and safety management in Hainan Province,main prob-lems found included inadequate government supervision,weak self-discipline awareness of enterprises,and low public awareness and participation.A series of measures and suggestions were proposed,aimed at improving government regulatory system,enhancing qual-ity and safety management level of enterprises,and strengthening public awareness and participation.Through joint efforts of govern-ment,enterprises,and society,a comprehensive,coordinated,and efficient agricultural product quality and safety management sys-tem could be established to promote sustainable and healthy development of agriculture in Hainan Province,ensure food safety,and en-hance competitiveness of Hainan's agricultural products in domestic and international markets.
