Environmental fluorine:effects and pollution management
Fluorine is widely used to prevent and treat human diseases and is used in chemical,medical,and agricultural fields to make new materials to improve human life.A large amount of unnaturally derived fluoride enters the environment,and excess of fluorine in the environment and organisms causes ecological changes,posing a threat to human and ecological health;therefore,the biogeochemistry of fluorine has received increasing attention.In this study,we analyzed the distribution and sources of environmental fluorine,its biotic and abiotic influences in different environmental media,its migration and transformation processes in soil-water-plants,adsorption and desorption patterns,and pollution control.Based on our results,we suggest directions for further in-depth research on the environmental behavior and effects of fluorine.This study aims to provide support for the management of fluorine pollution and the regulation of environmental processes.
