New quality productivity and rural green development:new industrial morphology cultivation and new path exploration
The development of new quality productivity is an inherent requirement and important focus for promoting high-quality development,and play an important role in the green development of agriculture and rural affairs.Five young scholars from related fields were invited to give an in-depth discussion on new quality productivity and rural green development by means of written conversation.The relevant contents and core viewpoints are as follows:(1)New quality productivity is an important focus for the growth of new agricultural industries,an important adhesive for cultivating new agricultural models.Acceleration of the emergence of new agricultural formats will bring new impetus,vitality,and competitiveness to agricultural production and management,and promote agriculture to shift towards"diversified,multi format,multifunctional","full industry chain,composite"green development.(2)The establishment of a Chinese-style modern agricultural new quality productivity system is important to promote rural governance engineering and decision-making informatization,and promote organizational reconstruction,industrial reshaping and spatial reconfiguration,build the industrial chain-value chain-supply chain system of urban-rural integration and rural revitalization,and comprehensively promote the science and technology-enabled green development of the countryside.(3)New quality productivity promotes the green development of the countryside by driving scientific and technological innovation,green transformation,resource efficiency and digital literacy,and is conducive to the development of high-value agriculture,promoting the transformation of the value of ecosystem services and the transformation and upgrading of agricultural production in the countryside,and advancing the construction of a livable and beautiful countryside and the comprehensive revitalization of the countryside.
