乡村数字化对农业绿色低碳发展的影响——基于耦合协调度和中介效应模型的实证

农业绿色低碳发展是实现"双碳"目标和农业高质量发展的重要途径。本研究基于2011-2020年我国31个省(直辖市、自治区)的面板数据,采用熵值法测算了乡村数字化与农业绿色低碳发展水平。运用耦合协调度模型、固定效应模型和中介效应模型等方法,分析了二者的协调发展程度,实证研究了乡村数字化对农业绿色低碳发展的影响及作用机制。结果表明:我国乡村数字化水平与农业绿色低碳发展水平及二者耦合协调程度总体呈上升趋势,2011-2020年分别提高了0。204、0。049和0。025。基准回归结果表明,乡村数字化可以显著促进农业绿色低碳发展,这一结果在采用互联网域名数和滞后一期的乡村数字化作为工具变量检验之后依然存在。机制分析结果表明,乡村数字化主要通过绿色技术创新、规模化经营和种植结构调整助推农业绿色低碳发展。区域异质性分析结果表明,乡村数字化对农业绿色低碳发展的促进作用在我国东部地区最为显著,回归系数为0。373。研究表明,加快乡村数字化进程,贯彻绿色低碳发展理念,实施农业减排固碳发展策略,才能更好地实现农业可持续发展。
Impact of rural digitization on agricultural green and low-carbon development:empirical evidence based on coupled coordination degree and mediation effect models
Green and low-carbon agricultural development is an important way to achieve the"double carbon"goal and high-quality development of agriculture.Based on the panel data of 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China from 2011 to 2020,the entropy value method was used to measure the level of rural digitization and green and low-carbon agricultural development.Using the coupled coordination degree,fixed effect,and mediation effect models,the degree of coordinated development was analyzed and the impact and mechanism of rural digitalization with respect to green and low-carbon agricultural development were empirically investigated.The level of rural digitization,level of green and low-carbon agricultural development,and degree of coupling and coordination between the two in China are generally on an upward trend,which increase by 0.204,0.049 and 0.025,respectively,from 2011 to 2020.The benchmark regression results show that rural digitization can significantly promote green and low-carbon agricultural development,and this result was still obtained after using the number of internet domain names and rural digitization with a lag of one period as instrumental variables.The mechanism analysis showed that rural digitization mainly promotes green and low-carbon agricultural development through green technology innovation,large-scale operation,and planting structure adjustment.The regional heterogeneity analysis revealed that the promotion effect of rural digitalization on green and low-carbon agricultural development is the most significant in the eastern region of China.This study shows that we should accelerate the process of rural digitization,implement the concept of green and low-carbon agricultural development,and implement the development strategies of agricultural emission reduction and carbon sequestration,to promote the sustainable development of agriculture.
