风电场的静止无功补偿控制策略和安全运行措施

风力发电作为一种新兴的清洁能源,已经得到了广泛地应用。风力发电的快速发展,一方面体现了国家对新能源建设的力度,另一方面也对电网的安全稳定运行带来了相应的问题。针对风电场静止无功补偿器(SVC)在运行中出现的问题,进行分析并提出了改进措施,用以提供风电场SVC的安全稳定运行水平。
Control Strategy and Solution for Safety Operation of Static Idle Work Compensator in the Wind Farm
Wind power as a new clean energy in the world,has a wide range of applications.The rapid development of wind power on one hand can reflects country's new energy construction of strength,but on the other hand,it brings problem to safety and stable operation of the power grid.This paper analyzes problems in the operation of wind farms static var compensator(SVC) and proposes improvements for the wind farms SVC to provide safety and stable operation level of it.
