锅炉改烧大同烟煤的技术方案与效果

基于电厂4台325MW机组运行时间超过20年,锅炉老化引起的效率下降以及原设计煤种贫瘦煤采购困难等问题,决定将锅炉由贫瘦煤改烧大同烟煤,以扩大适烧煤种范围,提高锅炉效率及运行可靠性。通过对锅炉制粉系统、燃烧器系统和局部受热面的调整改造,机组供电煤耗及NOx排放量显著下降。目前4台锅炉已经完成改造,节能减排效果十分明显。
Technology Solutions and Effect of Boiler Changes Burning Datong Bituminous Coal
Based on 4×325 MW units have been used for more than 20 years,the boiler's aging has caused the decline of efficiency.And also because of the difficulties of purchasing original designed meager-lean coal,power plant decided to change meager-lean coal to Datong bituminous coal,in order to extend the range of coal and improve the efficiency and reliability of the boiler.Through the reform of coal pulverizing system,burner system and local heating surface,power supply coal consumption and NOx emissions decreased significantly.By now,the reform of 4 units has been accomplished,the effect of energy-saving and emission-reduction is very obvious.
