螺杆膨胀机电液调速系统的建模与仿真分析

以螺杆膨胀机电液调速系统为研究对象,用机理分析法建立了系统的数学模型,并在MATLAB/SIMULINK环境中分别对转速控制的鲁棒性和甩负荷试验以及功率控制的调节阀扰动进行了仿真分析。结果显示控制效果理想,基本与实际相符,证实了数学模型建立的正确性,得到的仿真模型对将来系统的优化设计与调试维护具有一定的实用价值。
Modeling and Simulation Analysis on Electro Hydraulic Control System of Screw Expander
The electro hydraulic control system of screw expander is regarded as a researchful object in this paper.The mathematic models of system are built by using the approach of mechanism analysis,and some characteristic including robustness of speed control,test of loading rejection and disturbance action of power control is simulated in MATLAB/SIMULINK environment.Research shows that the models are correct.This model is of some use in optimization design,debugging and maintenance.
