脱硫系统增压风机电机变频改造技术分析

通过分析燃煤电厂脱硫系统增压风机的运行特性,找出静叶可调式风机的最佳运行工作点;通过分析三相异步电动机的转速与频率成正比关系,得出采用变频器进行无级调速,调速范围宽且转速变化曲线平滑。介绍了阜阳华润600MW超临界火电厂对脱硫系统增压风机电机实施变频改造的理论分析和技术改造经验,叙述了对增压风机电机进行变频改造后,脱硫系统明显地降低了能耗,提高了电机的调速性能,取得了显著的节能效果和经济效益,并提出了在变频调速保护设计方面和运行时需要注意的一些问题。
Technique Analysis of Variable Frequency Reconstruction on Motor of Booster Fan in Gas Desulfurization System
This paper finds out the optimum operation condition of the stator blade variable axial flow blower by analyzing the operation characteristics of the booster fan in Gas Desulfurization System of the Coal fired power plant.Via analyzing the direct proportion between rotate speed and power frequency of the 3-phase induction motor,gets the conclusion that the range of speed regulation will be wider and the rotate speed curve will be smooth if the motor's speed is stepless regulated by frequency converter.Makes a presentation of the theoretical analysis and the experience of the reconstruction of Motor of Booster Fan in Gas Desulfurization System of FYCRP 600MW Supercritical power plant,states that after the reconstruction,the energy consumption of the Gas Desulfurization System is reduced observably,the speed regulation performance of the motor is improved,observable energy conservation effect and economic benefit are gained.Some issues related to the protection design and operation of the frequency converter-fed speed regulating system is also stated in this paper.
