500kV静安地下变电站水循环冷却系统故障分析

冷却水循环系统是地下变电站主变冷却系统的重要组成部分,其运行状况直接影响到主变的稳定运行。介绍了500kV静安地下变电站投运后冷却水循环系统发生的双电源装置切换电源输出桩头接线发热以及瞬时失压引起循环水泵跳闸的2起故障,通过分析接线图和追溯录波仪的故障记录,提出了相应的改进措施和建议,为以后建设大型地下变电站提供设计和运行经验。
The Failures Analysis of Water Circulation Cooling System in 500 kV Jing'an Underground Substation
Water circulation cooling system is a vital part for cooling the underground transformer substation.This article describes two failures during the operation of the water circulation coolling system in 500kV Jing' an underground substation,which are output connection heating failure on dual-power device switching power supply,and the circulating pump trip caused by transient loss of voltage.It also gives the corresponding improvement by analysing wiring diagram and tracing the recording on fault recorder oscillograph,in order to provide some experience for the design and operation of underground substation in the future.
