降低湿法脱硫烟气加热器堵塞的技术措施

上海外高桥发电有限责任公司4台300MW国产亚临界发电机组,于2006年起实施湿法脱硫技术改造,脱硫系统配置了烟气加热器(GGH),投运1年后发现GGH堵塞严重,需要频繁地进行人工冲洗,降低了脱硫系统的投运率和增加了检修成本。通过分析GGH的传热元件、燃煤品质、除尘设备和吸收塔浆液池液位控制等影响GGH正常运行的原因,梳理了脱硫工艺的流程,并将原先紧凑型波纹板传热元件改造成大通道波纹板L型传热元件,将电除尘改为布袋除尘。针对GGH堵塞的主要原因采取了相应的整改措施,有效地改善了机组GGH的堵塞状况,提高了脱硫系统的投运率和机组的安全运行水平。
The Technical Practice for Alleviating the Blockage of GGH in Wet Flue Gas Desulfurization System
Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant Co.,Ltd has started to implement the wet flue gas desulfurization system technique on its four 300MW Subcritical Turbine-Generator Sets since 2006.However,the GGH equipped in the desulfurization system get blocked more and more seriously as time goes by.The desulfurization system has to stop running frequently so that the GGH can be washed.The stop-running of the desulfurization system decreases its efficiency and increases the cost for maintaining.By analyzing the effect of the heat transfer component of GGH,the quality of the bituminous coal,Dust removal equipment,the control of the level in absorption tower slurry pool and studying the process of desulfurization system,We have transformed heat transfer component from the original compact corrugated plate to the L-shaped one and replaced electrostatic precipitator by bag filter.We make some improvements according to the major reason for the blockage of GGH,which greatly alleviates the condition of GGH,increases the efficiency of desulfurization system and the safety of the Generator Sets.
