吴泾热电厂2台300MW改造机组(8号机和9号机),为了达到国家对火电厂污染物排放标准的规定,配有选择性催化还原法(SCR)烟气脱硝系统。针对脱硝系统在调试和运行过程中出现的氨气流量自动投入波动大、耗氨量大、剩余氨气腐蚀管道等问题,从系统运行的安全性、调节控制的经济性和项目优化的可行性方面,介绍了如何提高8号机组脱硝系统经济性以及重新整定氨气流量控制参数的实践经验和建议。
Practice and Recommendations to Improve the Economy of the Denitration System
In order to achieve the provisions of the national pollutant discharge standards of thermal power plants,these two 300 MW transformation units(the 8th unit and 9th unit) are equipped with Selective Catalytic Reduction(SCR) flue gas denitration system.For the problems about the big fluctuation of automatic ammonia flow rate input;large consumption of ammonia and pipelines being corroded by residual ammonia occur when denitration system is running and under debugging and etc.From the aspect of the safety systems operation,the economics of regulation control and the feasibility of project optimization,it introduces the practice experience and recommendations of improving the economics of denitration system on the 8th unit and readjusting the ammonia flow control parameters
