Modified Power Flow Algorithm in Electrical Power System Including Wind Farms
The paper introduces the simplified steady-state model of wind farms in order to calculator power flow including wind farm,and then improves power flow algorithm on the basis of regarding the reactive power output of each wind generator as the function of nodal voltage,which imports slip correction of asynchronous wind generator into Jacobi matrix by virtue of operational principle of asynchronous wind generator,to amend the corresponding node matrix elements in order to achieve considering the wind farm power flow calculation.The paper writes MATLAB programs to calculation power flow.In addition,the modified power flow algorithm is applied to calculate load flow of 4-generator 11-bus test system including wind power generation and the effectiveness and rationality of the proposed method are verified through comparing with two typical flow calculation methods.
