Assuring Security and Optimizing Structure to Accelerate Electric Power Development of Shanghai
In this paper, ＂Shanghai＇s 12^th Five-Year Plan for Electric Power Development＂ is interpreted, the a chievements and problems during the 11^th Five-Year Plan period are summarized, and the grave situation confronted Shanghai electric industry is analyzed, i.e. the adjustment of electric power pattern, the increasing pressure of electric security, peak regulation and electric power price, more difficulties in constructing new power plant limited by resources and environment. Therefore, innovation-driven and transformative develop- ment is the inevitable choice for Shanghai＇s electric power development in the 12th five-year plan period. Assuring electric power supply, establishing low carbon electric power structure, realizing urban smart grid will be the focus of Shanghai＇s electric power development in the 12th five-year plan period.
