Exploiting Advantages and Seizing Opportunities to Accelerate New Energy Development of Shanghai
The 12th Five-Year period is not only the key for Shanghai to transfer energy developing pattern, but also the accelerating period o{ energy development. In order to improve the new energy usage and to develop Shanghai＇s new energy industry, Shanghai government issued ＇Shanghai 12^th Five-Year Plan for New Energy Development＇. By reviewing the new energy development of Shanghai and analyzing the current situation, this paper summarizes the achievements and problems of Shanghai＇s new energy development, discussing the development opportunity and diffi- culty Shanghai faced, interpreting Shanghai＇s new energy development key task during the 12th Five-Year period. It is very important to grasp the opportunity, to break through the bottleneck, and to accelerate development to make new energy industry the pilot achievement in energy transferring development during the 12^th Five-Year period.
