Seizing the Opportunity, Accelerating Transformation, to Realize the Rapid Development of Urban Gas Industry In Shanghai
This article mainly focuses on the interpretation of ＇Shanghai 12^th Five-Year Plan for Urban Gas＇ by analyzing urban gas industry developing trends. Restructure development is the key for Shanghai to develop clean and low-carbon energy for urban sustainable development. By analyzing the main tasks for Shanghai ur- ban gas development during the 12^th Five-Year period, it is pointed out that the energy restructure development is the key idea; urban gas supply and safety assurance is the main task; gas industry development is the break- through point. It is very important tO bring innovative action to energy industry by seizing the historic opportu- nity of rapid urban gas development.
