330MW供热机组AGC和一次调频控制策略分析及优化

目前,抽汽式供热燃煤发电厂需要解决的一个难题,既要确保周边工业园区高质量的供热要求,又要满足电网自动增益控制(AGC)和一次调频对大容量供热机组的调度要求。介绍了吴泾热电厂2台330 MW机组在基建调试结束后,因控制策略牺牲了变负荷调节性能而换取稳定供热运行,造成了不能满足电网调度对机组进行AGC和一次调频的要求。从机组控制优化和逻辑要求入手,在供热工况下对AGC和一次调频控制策略进行了梳理和优化。通过多次试验和调整,修改和完善了变负荷时的相关参数,提高了机组的负荷调节性能,满足了电网AGC及一次调频要求。
Analysis and Optimization of AGC and Primary Frequency Control Strategy for 330 MW Heating Unit
At present, a tough problem for power plants that have extraction steam heating units is to keep balance between strictly meet the heating demands of chemical industrial park, the AGC and primary frequency automatically adjusting requisition from the power grid dispatching department. The 2 × 330 MW units' con- struction debugging of Shanghai Wujing Thermal Power Plant was inclined to ensure the steadily heating sup- ply. The load change capability of the units could not perfectly satisfy the AGC and primary frequency requisi- tion of the grid dispatching when running on the heating condition. Start from unit control and logic modifica- tion, after experiments and adjustments, the control strategy of AGC and primary frequency analyses and opti- mization on the heating condition is accomplished. By modifying related parameters, load change capability of these units is increased to satisfy the requests of grid AGC and primary frequency.
