Application of the Transformer Optical Fiber Temperature Measurement Technology
As the on-line monitoring requirements of all kinds of primary equipment on intelligent substation construction, it has been found the traditional transformer temperature measurement system already cannot adapt to the current intelligent technical requirements. Under the condition of shortage of the traditional tem- perature measurement technique on the enumeration, this paper introduces a kind of optical fiber temperature measurement technology principle and characteristic, and the main transformer winding hot spot temperature sensing technology is applied to the Luding substation in the renovation project of case. Based on the main transformer winding hot spot temperature on-line monitoring of optical fiber, solves the transformer winding hot-point temperature blind area problem, but also for the future of the safe operation of the transformer, accumulation and to provide accurate, reliable online dynamic hot spot temperature monitoring value.
