±800kV锦苏线张力放线防感应电措施

针对锦屏—苏南±800kV特高压直流输电线路工程在包夹段张力放线过程中会引发较高感应电问题,通过建立相应感应电模型,按锦苏线两极导线分别悬空2m和28m仿真计算,得出导线B悬空2m时对地感应电压为5.032kV,悬空28m时对地感应电压为55.436kV。结合±800kV锦苏线工程的施工特点和以往专用接地工器具的使用经验,制定了放线时防感应电的技术措施和操作要求,取得了良好的效果,有力地保证了张力放线过程中施工人员和设备的安全。
Inductive Voltage Protection of Tension Stringing for ±800 kV JinSu Transmission Line
In the view of the higher inductive electricity during the tension stringing at the package section in the process of the ±800 kV DC ultra-high voltage of Jinping to southern Jiangsu transmission line project, by establishing the inductive electric model and the simulation calculated under the condition of JinSu two polery line wires respectively impended above 2 m and 28 m high, the results are 5. 032 kV (2 m) and 55. 436 kV (28 m). Combined with 800 kV JinSu transmission line project's characteristics and the experience of using special grounding tools, formulated the anti-faradism technical measures and operation requirements, which have gotten good effect and ensured the safety of construction workers and equipments during the tension stringing.
