热电阻测温系统的故障模式及运行对策

通过介绍热电阻(RTD)测温系统的特点和三线制接线方式,总结了近年来华东电网几个抽水蓄能电站RTD测温系统发生的故障,经过对五类样品典型RTD故障模式的剖析以及失效机理的分析,提出了完善和提高抽水蓄能电站RTD测温系统可靠运行的措施与建议。
Failure Mode and Operation Strategy of Thermal Resistance Temperature Measurement System
Through introduction of the characteristics of resistance temperature measurement system ( RTD ) and three wire connection mode of East China Power Grid in recent years, summarizes several pumped storage power station RTD thermometry system failures. Through mechanism analysis of five samples of typical RTD failure, the measures and the suggestions to perfect and improve reliable operation of the pumped storage power station RTD thermometry system have been established.
