上海电网处于华东电网的受端位置,是华东地区乃至全国负荷密度最高的负荷中心,作为整个华东同步电网的一个有机组成部分,上海电网的短路电流与周边苏南、浙北电网均存在较大的相互影响,因此可以通过采取严格控制电源接人系统方式、调整系统结构和运行方式、加装串联电抗器、加装短路电流限制器、采用高阻抗变压器、发展更高~级电压电网等有效措施来控制上海电网的短路电流,并且需要在整个华东区域乃至更大范围进行网架优化。
Control Measures of Shanghai Power Grid Short-circuit Current
Shanghai power grid is at the end position in the East China Power Grid, it is one of the highest load density load centers in the East China, even around country. As an integral part of the entire East synchronization grid, short-circuit current of the Shanghai power grid has a great relationship with southern Jiangsu and northern Zhejiang. Therefore we can use the following methods to control short-circuit current of the Shanghai grid; take strict control of power access system; adjust the system structure and operation mode; installation of series reactor; installation of short-circuit current limiter;high impedance transformer; the development of effective higher-level voltage grid, and have a wider range for grid optimization in the East China region.
