枫泾换流站换流器差动保护跳闸分析与对策

光电流互感器(TA)是直流系统的重要设备,其测量精度和运行稳定性,直接影响到换流站及整个电网的安全运行。随着电力传输容量的不断增长,电网电压等级的不断提高以及保护要求的不断完善,光TA具有独特的优势。介绍了光TA在三沪Ⅱ回4-500kV林枫直流输电工程枫泾换流站中的应用情况,分析了极I直流保护B系统发“换流器差动保护跳闸、极母线差动保护”告警,2s后复归案例,针对光TA信号经过分流器后的电压幅值过小、DCCS00主机输出模拟信号内阻较大和信号电缆采用两点接地等问题,提出了信号抗干扰的整改措施和建议。
Analysis and Countermeasures of Fengjing Station Converter Differential Protection Tripping
The optical current transformer (TA) is accuracy and stability of operation, directly affect the an important equipment of HVDC, its measurement safe operation of the converter station and the entire gird. With the continuous growth of the power transmission capacity, voltage level and protection requirements,the optical current transformer (TA) reflects the unique advantage. This article describes the application of TA in the secondary 500 kV HVDC project form the Three Gorges to Shanghai,it analyzes the converter differential protection tripping of the HVDC Pole I Protection and summarizes three reasons which can cause the Protection False Action. At the end of the article, it puts forward measures and proposals of signal anti-jamming.
