供热机组除氧器溶解氧超标分析及治理

小型不带汽轮发电机的供热机组,除氧器和锅炉给水系统容易出现溶解氧大幅度超标的问题,严重威胁到锅炉受热面的安全运行和设备使用寿命。通过对除氧器和给水系统溶解氧严重超标的排查分析,确定主要原因是由再循环水引起,将给水泵密封形式改成机械密封后,除氧器和给水系统含氧量大幅度下降。提出了不带汽轮机的纯供热机组,在给水泵选型时建议端盖密封采用机械密封。在设备运行出现问题时,应综合考虑单体设备的结构特点和整个系统的工艺流程。
Analysis and Improvement of the Thermal Power Unit Deaerator Standard Dissolved Oxygen
Small thermal power unit without the turbine generator, deaerator and boiler feed water system prone to be in the state of dissolved oxygen substantially exceeding , this is a serious threat to the safe operation of the boiler's heated surfaces and the equipment's life. Through the analysis and investigation of excessive dissolved oxygen in the deaerator and feedwater systems, the threat above is caused by the recycled water. When changing the forms of water pump seal into the mechanical seal, the oxygen content of the deaerator and feedwater systems dropped significantly. To the pure Thermal Power Unit without turbine , the mechanical seal is recommended to the pump. When equipment operating problems arise, you should consider the structural characteristics of the individual equipment and the process of the entire system.
