汽轮机润滑油系统的清洁度,直接影响到机组的安全运行。介绍了2011年沙洲电厂排查1号主机润滑油系统中5~15μm颗粒数超标的分析思路及消缺经验。润滑油中5~15μm颗粒数超标的主要原因是主油箱人孔门密封不好,周围空气中污染物侵入油箱造成颗粒数超标,经过严密封堵人孔门后油中5~15μm颗粒数指标已经合格。在经过调研比对后,参照目前国内大部分同类电厂主油箱负压维持在-0.3~1.5kPa的技术规范,利用排油烟风机出口碟阀进行节流,将1号机主油箱负压由-4.1kPa逐渐调至-1.0kPa左右,机组运行至今安全、可靠,证实了该运行方案可行。

After the investigation after the ratio, with reference to the current domestic most similar power plant main fuel tank pressure maintained at -- 0.3-- 1.5 kPa specification, the fume exhaust fan outlet butterfly valve throttling, the No. 1 main fuel tank pressure gradually from --4.1 kPa to --1.0 kPa or so, since the operation is safe and reliable, proved that the scheme is feasible.
