介绍了智能变电站“三层一网”的结构及特点,回顾与总结了智能变电站现场调试与常规变电站调试的不同,主要是模型文件、新增试验项目、分系统试验、调试仪器的差异,给当前调试工作带来了新的挑战。通过分析智能变电站与常规变电站对现场调试单体试验、分系统调试的内容及设备的差异,提出了主动转变试验方式,深入研究对保护装置进行型式试验和变电站级动态模拟试验的模型系统、试验项目和调试方法,包括研究现场单体调试及分系统调试的内容。在交流智能变电站现场调试经验的基础上,建议开发可视化调试软件,用以提高智能变电站的调试水平。
Debugging Features and Recommendations of the Intelligent Substation
The structure and characteristics of intelligent substation~ s Three Layers and One network is introduced in the paper, and the differences between field debugging of intelligent substation and regular substation debugging are reviewed and summarized, including the model file's difference, new test project's difference, the subsystem test's difference and the debugging instrument's difference, which bring new challenges for current debugging work. With the analysis of differences of content and equipment of field debugging monomer test and subsystem debugging between intelligent substation and regular substation, the model system, test projects and debugging methods are introduced, which propose changing test mode initiatively, type test for protection devices and substation-level dynamic simulation test, including the contents of researching field monomer debugging and subsystem debugging. On the basis of field debugging experiences of AC intelligent substation, it is suggested that the visual debugging soft be developed to improve the debugging level of intelligent substation.
