Application and Thinking of Programming Operation in Liantang Station
Introduces the realization of procedural operation condition,compares the operation procedure of various schemes.According to IEC 61850 in liantang station application situation,this paper puts forward three cases programming operation plan: 500 kV bus stop after service,500 kV main transformer stop complex servants and 220 kV line down bus,and analysis,and learn from the corresponding security measures.Put forward to further improve programming operation plan and carry out meet "big operation","big overhaul" mode of operation demand research and technology assessment,we need to promptly formulate adapt to the management standards and technical standard and so on.
