The paper analyzes the intelligent technical scheme of Luding substation from the aspect of IEC 61850,networking method and intelligent device,in particularly,the application of following intelligent techniques such as IEC 61850 based unified modeling,electronic transformer,on-line monitoring device,decentralized of secondary device,etc.
