烟气脱硫添加增效剂的试验分析

针对湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)装置在运行中存在承受高硫烟气能力较弱、脱硫效率较低、吸收塔浆液pH值偏高等问题,进行了添加DSA-5060型脱硫增效剂与脱硫效率、浆液pH值等关键参数之间的试验。结果表明:添加增效剂后,提高了脱硫效率、降低了吸收塔浆液pH值,FGD设备结垢现象得到了改善。
Analysis on Test of Adding Desulphurization Enhancer
Being weakness for high sulfur gas, low efficiency of desulfurization and high pH index of limestone slurry during the operational process of wet FGD(flue gas desulfurization),test of the relation between adding DSA- 5060 DE (desulfurization enhancer )with key parameters such as efficiency of desulfurization, pH index of limestone slurry is held. It is presented that higher efficiency of desulfurization; lower pH index of limestone slurry is gotten through adding DSA - 5060DE . At the same time, scaling of FGD equipment is reduced.
