2012年7月30日和31日发生的印度大停电事故再次为我们敲响了电网安全运行警钟。由于在远距离、大容量输电方面的技术和经济优势,近年来直流输电技术在我国得到了广泛的应用与发展,直流输电系统在跨区电能输送中占据重要地位,其安全运行事关重大。概述了直流输电技术在我国的推广应用与发展、安全运行情况,在对直流输电系统特有故障及其控制保护策略进行全面阐述与分析的基础上,从技术与管理角度对保障跨区直流输电的安全运行提出了建议。
Analysis and Recommendations on the Operation Security of DC Transmission in Interconnected Power Grids
The blackout which occurred in India in July. 30-31, 2012 sounded the alarm bell about the operation security of power grid for us again. Because of the technical and economic advantage in long distance and large capacity power transmission, the DC transmission technology has been widely applied and developed in China in recent years. DC transmission system occupies an important position in the trans-regional electricity transmission, and its operation security is very important. An overview on the application, development and operation security of the DC transmission in China is made, and based on a comprehensive description and analysis about the particular fault and protection control strategies of DC transmission system, some recommendations to enhance the operation security are put forward from the perspective of technology and management.
