下瓷套油纸电容式套管故障分析及防范措施

介绍了2012年1月31日南桥换流站极1换流变A相本体顶盖和左侧底部发生漏油、阀侧2.1号套管顶部外罩鼓起的事故现象和经过。通过查看故障跳闸的相关保护录波记录,分析电流曲线、推断故障特性及故障点,得出套管发生故障的主要原因是长期运行中产生的衍生物、分解物、溶解物等所致,造成介质劣化和场强畸变,并在下瓷套油纸电容式套管设计上存在缺陷。建议更换为目前使用量大、运行良好的油纸SF6气体套管或者胶纸SF6气体套管。
