交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆防水接头的应用与分析

如果地下变电站的电缆护层渗水问题得不到解决,会引发电缆运行事故,影响电网的可靠供电。针对地下变电站护层多次发生交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆渗水事故,分析了电缆护层渗水的主要原因,叙述了FSJ-10/3.3型电缆防水接头的设计原理、安装工艺、注意事项和应用实绩。提出了要进一步推广和提高电缆防水接头的应用成果,并将电缆防水技术应用于电压等级较高的交联电缆。
Application and Analysis of XLPE Cable Waterproof Joint
If the underground substation cable protective layer seepage problem can't be solved, it will lead to cable operation accidents and affect the power supply reliability of power system. According to the underground substation protective layer multiple occurrences of cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable water seepage accident, the main cause of the cable protecting layer seepage were analyzed. This paper describes the design of FSJ - 10/3.3 type cable waterproof joint, the installation technical requirements, notes and the application performance. To further promote and enhance the cable waterproof joint application of the results, the cable waterproof technology applied to high voltage cross-linked cable has a long way to go.
