Will the Deviation of Cooperative Distribution System Necessarily Reduce the Contribution of Ordinary Members?
It is an important way for ordinary members to join the cooperative in the form of actual contribution to build a close interest linkage mechanism. This study specifically analyzes the mechanism of the common phenomenon that the distribution system deviates from the provisions of the Cooperative Law,which affects the contribution of ordinary members. The results show that,in terms of increasing the investment behavior of ordinary members, the optimal distribution ratio of trading volume is less than 60%,which deviates from the provisions of the Cooperative Law.Furthermore, the distribution ratio of trading volume has an inverted"U"shape on the contribu-tion of ordinary members, with the inflection point of 37.69%.Self-generating ability, dividend signal and dividend agency are the intermediary mechanisms that the deviation of distribution sys-tem affects the contribution of ordinary members. In this regard, this study puts forward some poli-cy suggestions, such as adhering to the realistic concept of cooperative development, strengthening the fault-tolerant space of the surplus distribution system of the Cooperative Law,and the development of large scale farmers and cooperatives in the central and western regions. It provides ideas and reference for current policymakers to guide cooperatives to realize standardized development.
