Study on Extraction of Proanthocyanidins and Its Stability
This paper presents a review of the commonly used domestic proanthocyanidins extraction methods, including solvent extrac-tion, supercritical carbon dioxide extraction, instrument assisted extraction. The author analyzes the influence of pH, temperature, light, metal ions, additives and other factors on the stability of proanthocyanidins from, and discusses the research direction and focus in the field of procyanidins, in order to provide theoretical support for further study of procyanidins.
