The effect of adsorption and desorption behavior of mercury in brown soil was analyzed by adding different proportions of humic acid in brown soil. The results show that the adsorption process of mercury in brown soil includes fast reaction and slow reaction, and the desorption process follows a slow-fast-slow reaction process. When exogenous mercury enters the soil,it will be adsorbed by soil particles quickly, and the adsorbed mercury is difficult to be desorbed; The addition of humic acid will affect the adsorption-desorption rate of mercury in brown soil, thus inhibiting the desorption of mercury in brown soil;Elovich equation has the highest fit(r=0.938 0)in the kinetic equations of humic acid adsorption and desorption of mercury in brown soil, followed by the double constant equation.
