黑龙江省稻瘟病病菌遗传多样性分析

利用11对SSR引物对黑龙江省20个县(市、区)采集到的稻瘟病标样中分离得到的181个稻瘟病病菌菌株进行遗传多样性分析.结果表明,在72%的相似水平上可将供试菌株划分为11个宗谱,其中Ⅱ宗谱为优势宗谱,其占总菌株数的54.71%.从同一地点不同植株上采集到的稻瘟病病菌菌株的亲缘关系比较密切,但不同地区的稻瘟病病菌生理小种的分化程度不同,因为这与当地的地形地势有一定关系,越是复杂的地形,该地区的稻瘟病病菌的分化也就相对越复杂.
Genetic Diversity Analysis of Strains of P.oryzae in Heilongjiang Province
The genetic diversity of 181 strains of P.oryzae isolated from 20 P.oryzae blast samples in Heilongjiang Province was analyzed by 11 pairs of SSR primers.The results showed that the tested strains could be divided into 11 genealogies at the similarity level of 72%,and theⅡgenealogies were the dominant genealogies,which accounted for 54.71% of the total strains.The strains of P.oryzae collected from different plants in the same location were closely related,but the degree of differentiation of P.oryzae physiological small species in different regions was different,because it was related to the local topography.The more complicated the topography,the more complicated the differentiation of P.oryzae in the region was.
