为了高效利用日光温室葡萄冬剪枝条来降低传播病害的能力,将其开沟还田以研究还田前不同的灭菌、晾晒处理和还田时不同的埋深处理对已埋枝条腐烂率和次年地上植株白粉病、霜霉病、灰霉病发病率和病情指数的影响.结果表明,日光温室葡萄冬剪枝条开沟还田前喷洒45%石硫合剂300倍液、晾晒10d和还田时埋深40~60 cm的条件下,白粉病、霜霉病和灰霉病的发病率、病情指数和已埋枝条的腐烂率最低,综合效果最佳,因而建议在日光温室葡萄冬剪枝条还田时优先应用.
Effects of Different Returning to field Treatment of Winter Pruned Branches of Grape in Solar Greenhouse on Plant Disease Susceptibility
In order to effectively reduce the ability of disease transmission by using winter pruned branches of grape in solar greenhouse,the cuttings were ditched and returned to field to study the effects of different sterilization and drying treatments before returning to field and different burying depth treatments on the rot rate of buried branches and the incidence and disease index of powdery mildew,downy mildew and gray mold in the following year.The results showed that the incidence of powdery mildew,downy mildew and gray mold,the disease index and the rot rate of buried branches were the lowest when the winter cut branches of grape in solar greenhouse were sprayed with 300 times liquid of 45% stone sulfur mixture before ditching and drying for 10 days and buried 40~60 cm at the time of returning to the field,and the comprehensive effect was the best.Therefore,it was suggested that the winter pruned branches of grape in solar greenhouse should be used first when returning to the field.
